This app has been bad for years. There are so many glitches and issues with the trainings. Now you can't even open most trainings and are forced to go onto a desktop browser to complete. You also used to be able to earn rewards for taking the trainings but it doesn't even seem like you get that anymore. You still get XP but you don't get the coins that were needed to gain rewards. The reward store hasn't even opened up with new gear for almost 2 years at this point.

The training is good, working in a phone service store it gives me more information on the devices we sell so I can easily troubleshoot google phones. Tried redeeming a reward though after completing training, and it immediately glitched out. There's no obvious support team to contact about the issue. Kind of sucks not being able to receive the reward especially since the frequency of redeemable rewards is low.

The app is fine. Some of the training pages run rather slowly however. Regardless of which device you have. The reason for my low rating is because the support for the app is awful. When I first logged into the app I wasn't able to earn gold for the first few days of training - never worked out why this was. Non of my colleagues had this issue. Now that I am finally able to earn gold, my gold and XP don't match at all. I've lost 7000 gold so I won't ever be able to buy anything at a discount. I've contacted the support department with this issue a number of times but they just don't reply. App decent, support poor.

Experiencing many issue and reported them twice but haven't got any reply yet, also there is no proper contact or support email or option to resolve the issue occured in app or web portal, one of the section I have completed at least 10 times but haven't showing as completed and due to this i can not start my Google certification assessment.

Easy to run out of trainings but for something that has the potential to give some really nice rewards it's hard to complain. Learnings are in a good format but other ways to get coins like referrals or daily challenges would be an awesome addition. The boosts don't seem to have a pattern as to when they appear. Edit* They haven't put rewards in the store in forever. Almost pointless to waste your time on the app.

Great for learning. Not great for receiving products. I worked for 3 months to accumulate enough points to get the Pixel 4. Upon receiving this device I find out that it's not unlocked like I had requested. After being on hold with Xfinity(the place the Pixel 4 told me to contact) for 4 hours found out Google sent me a phone that had been blacklisted as being stolen. After calling Google about 5 times for an accumulative amount of 6 hours told me there's nothing they can do.

I don't usually leave reviews but for the first time I actually spent time doing my training for Google products and I started my training before my account was verified. I later realised that all the points I accumulated I was not given the gold for which I spent a good few days doing. Even emailed the team and they just said to carry on doing training and no help was given.

The app isn't formatted nicely. There's too much going on. I mean I took basic graphic arts for college and web design. Come on. Keep it simple. Samsung elite app finally revised everything. Try a beta program for people to earn before making your reps do this. I can't comprehend all of this information. I like to do my trainings usually to learn, but, there's too much information and you aren't giving me or the user any perks to even want to do this or you are but it's hidden. I can help you.
