App login missing basic features: The mobile app doesn't allow access to saved passwords (native Android) for login. You cannot log in with Google either. Site settings should match app settings and vice versa.

Adding media doesn't work. Edit. After my complain, there was an update and the issue was not resolved. Gives "Can not read file" error when i try to upload media(mp4,png,jpeg) on Mobile Android 10

The new app update on the is great! Many of the features you find on the web page are also available on the app now and it is much easier to stay up to date with work when on the go. There are still some features I am missing of the planning features available on the web, but I am sure they will be available soon. I have been using metricool for some time now and they are constantly improving the features on the platform. Would be awesome if you could include the "Feed Preview" feature on the app as well! In all recommended specially if you manage multiple accounts.

A lot of the features on the browser is not on the app, even the most basic like edit pictures or change frame of the pictures. Recently I can't even see statics from the past, even from yesterday. And it's pushed to the side crutched up and can't even see the results. The browser version is hands down the best but the app seems like it's still in its develop stage.

I've tried pretty much everything but I cannot login to the app. I tried resetting the passwod. It does say to send me the email but I don't receive any email. Browser version is very good and smooth. Just 1 suggestion. If you could integrate whatsapp business inbox than Metricool would be the best option out there.

app is way too buggy, keeps requesting me to name my device over and over, cannot easily navigate through, cannot schedule a post with it freezing up and forcing shut down. thought the app would be easier to work with more often esp without a working laptop atm but it's too much of a pain. will stick to just using it the desktop site the few times that i can for now

Bugs out all of sudden - uninstalled - i can't do any posts it crashes and puts huge gaps between text and everytime you delete it it makes it bigger. No reviews of this app since mid 2021 - not a good sign. Did contact support but it was painful and slow and patronised me with turn it off/on, clear cache. Blah blah. I have no time for apps to be bugging out and i was about to subscribe financially, sadly if you don't get it right i have to search for more efficient alternatives.

Ridiculous, when you send a rss tweet, twitter flags the link as likely spam and notes it could be malicious. When I noticed, i canceled subscription renewal until I figure out if this is normal. When I did that, it didn't even let me finish the month on my plan and canceled 9 of the 10 brands I had connected wiping out all of the automation that I set up. 😑. Haha they basically kicked me off the platform for not committing to a renewal.
