This app isn't good to use. for taking photos on the phone or app. They requesting too many photos which is causing my phone to be overloaded. The time that I spent at the location, they needed to pay more money. $12 bucks isn't enough to travel more than 15 to 30 minutes. Burning gas to travel so far for $12 isn't enough. Denying a task after a week is not professional. That should have been sent to me since last week. Then they deny your payment on payday. This app is a scam.

I've been shopping on Ipsos for a while and have had a login for months. But the app doesn't recognize my login. So i have to continue to do this through the webpage, which is less than desirable on a phone, and there's no support button when you're not logged in. I look forward to figuring this out to be able to use the app. At this point, i can't even give actual feedback because i can't log in through the app.

App was OK on my old phone (although to be honest functionality wasn't much different to just accessing the website through phone browser) but since I started using a new phone running latest version of Android it doesn't work at all, won't open - logo screen pops up then app instantly closes.

Not the worst in sector (Survey), but unresponsive and dismissive. App recently prompted me to certify on incorrect guidelines for a program, then refused to pay for completing according to those incorrect guidelines minutes later. No follow up, no response. Decisions to refuse to pay contractors are unilateral, non negotiable. On a different program (for which I have received nine recruitment emails in past 48 hours), I apply and contact with no response. They keep recruiting. I don't get it.

Love working with this company. Be careful with BP shops though. The last 3 shops I performed for them have errored when syncing. I'm going through that right now. I have tried everything along with my scheduler. App developer, could you please get this fixed ASAP! Can't begin to tell you the stress it has caused me. I will change my rating to 5 stars after it is fixed. Please let me know how I can reach you or reach out to me, and I will provide a screenshot of the message. Thanks!

Just downloaded and attempting to complete my profile but any of the questions that have answer with a circle for one of the selections won't allow me to choose an answer. The questions with blocks under the questions by the selection allows an answer to be selected.

Customer service leads a lot to be desired. I asked for clarification on shop guidelines that were vague and confusing and the response I got was basically that all guidelines are perfectly clear and if I don't understand something, I should not apply for the job. So asking questions is basically discouraged = red flag.

I do shops for this company all the time, but have always used their website. I just downloaded this app and none of my jobs appear, it says I have no jobs, and the jobs available to sign up for are completely different than on their website. It makes no sense, like it's a completely different company or a scam.
