I have had it for 3 years now, and it always logs me out for no reason, and then I have to log back in to it almost daily. As well I set up biometrics, and for some reason, that gets forgotten every time it logs me out, so I have to fill in my user name and password, well just wanting to get in the shower. Its terrible

EDIT: Last few updates seemed to have fix all of the problems. it has been working flawlessly for past month or two ---- I have had to reset this 12 times in 2 months. Fixtures are great, but the remote button takes 3 pushes to start shower. My Anthem valve disconnects once a week .. and my link to Alexa has to be reprogrammed constantly.

this is just the most awful piece garbage that has been ever programmed. And I should know that because I did my undergraduate in computer science and engineering. Don't dare buy this product or any cooler that has any Wi-Fi in it. I have had no less than 8 calls directly to Kohler and all have been completely in vain. sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn't. Right now I'm looking at the Kohler connect and it completely lost my home Wi-Fi. It totally disappeared. GARBAGE. TOTAL WASTE

I should not be required to install Chrome to use this app. Android has a default browser setting for a reason.

This app is horrible. It simply does not work. It disconnects itself from Alexa and works maybe 10% of the time. The phone app works fine but seriously who wants to take out their phone and use an app to fill a glass of water? The whole point of the purchase was the voice command - and it doesn't work. Additionally, it needs to be able to dispense in more varied quantities 1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 2/3 cup...3 1/2 cups etc. This product is not helpful for cooking even when it does work.

I love the idea of my H2Wise+. I sure hope it works when I need it (catastrophic water leak)! This Konnect app worked better before the last update. Now it doesn't tell me water pressure or flow rate. But, worse, if I turn off the water I get a message "Water is Partially On" :-( I think it's actually an app problem. I believe the valve is working properly (I hope so!). Same when I turn it back on in. But I paid a lot of money for what I thought would be a quality product. The app is not!

This app is hot garbage. I have a top of the line Galaxy phone and this app is soooooo slooooow. Plus devices constantly disconnect, it forgets it's linked to Alexa, it is buggy as hell. Most people won't see this review until they've bought a Kohler device and it's too late. If you see this first, please think long and hard before investing in any Kohler Konnect devices. Entire system is an absolute nightmare! Especially considering the price. Caveat emptor.

Kohler ended the support for Aquifer and it no longer shows up in the app. It did not work most of the time when it was supported though.
