1. Can't delete my account inspite of following all the instructions to do so. The circle that appears after pressing the DELETE button just keeps circling for infinity. 2. Can't even report this bug/give feedback/send a message to the developers from the help page because it simply keeps saying, "Failed to send feedback." A dangerous app because of seriously challenged developers. Better to keep your data safe from such incompetent devs.

Problems with staying connected. I really love the app otherwise. I created a group, and all the other 6 people in my group are experiencing issues with the app closing randomly. Some when trying to read a message. I have an Android and had no issues, but I believe they all have iPhones but not 100% sure.

Currently experiencing a closing app, app not responding message when trying to read my messages. I have tried uninstalling then reinstalling and problem still persists. I have an Android phone and this is the first time experiencing problems. Please help ..

Clunky when it does work. Currently doesn't even work... I navigate to a loop (open or private) and just displays a black screen with no messages or any interface.

It's so hard being forced to find a new messaging app I l9se track of which ones I've tested so I gotta review all tested ones so I know why to stay away... others must have same app
