Lacking functionality that other apps have. It automatically rotates all my landscape photos into portrait orientation so they're sideways, and no way to adjust back. What? Bizarre and infuriating. Can't make photosets. Can't batch title photos. Can't put entries into a different order. On and on. The list of what you can't do is long. Get yourself literally any other app. Even platforms 20 years old can do those things. I got it to chronicle a vacation and I regret spending so much time on it.

I wish I could use the app. I was able to add a story, but then when I try to add a moment it grays out and just crashes. Unfortunately I feel like this would be a great app for what I need, but I can't even use it properly. . UPDATE: Downgraded to a 1 star. I reinstalled the app after receiving the response from Lugelo. Signed in and the page looked like it was shaking. Tried the Add Moment again and still the same result. I have the updated version so still can't use. Uninstalling again.

I feel like I'm not using this how the developers quite planned but I was diagnosed with a dissociative disorder and have dissociated "parts" with amnesia gaps and stuff. So journalling and recordkeeping is very important to me, because I wouldn't really be functioning otherwise. I use Lugelo to organise memories or thoughts, like a multi-sectioned diary. I think this could be a helpful tool for people like me who also have this disorder. Wishing the dev team luck in further development! 💙

My experience with Lugelo has come a long way from sometimes when the app is glitchy and randomly shuts off to now when things are smooth and awesome. Has always been a place for me to write and express myself in a fun and well structured way that keeps my stuff organised and well thought out.

There are some awesome and cool features on lugelo that I like. Creating journals, adding moments and converting them into an eBook! Also there are lots of ebook themes available and very easy to use. Journaling is fun on lugelo! Must try!

I downloaded this app for the first time and wanted to try it because it looked interesting, but I can't proceed past the sign up page. If I sign up with an email on the home screen, I get an error message when I hit the sign up button. If I sign up with Google or Facebook, I get to the intro screen where the app tells me what it's about, but tapping "Get Started" does nothing, and I can't get past that screen. How am I supposed to even use this app if I can't sign up? Uninstalling.

Very poor. Sometimes shows my journal sometimes it disappear! Notifications shows that journal viewed by doesn't reflect. Very slow app. Doesn't work properly.
