The app is quite good at finding and comparing ticket prices between ferry companies. Paying for the tickets is also straightforward. There are a couple of things, however, that could be improved: 1. When there is not a direct ferry route from port A to port B, the app could suggest alternative routes, including intermediate stops at other ports and changing ships in between, if necessary. 2. Perhaps the e-tickets could be issued in a form compatible with Google Wallet, apart from the PDF format

So unsatisfied with customer service and given information before buying . I wanted to do the refund or change reservation but wasn't possible because I didn't change it 48 hours before departure and the ticket was bought nit even 24 hours before . I tried to change it few times but there is no option on the app and no help in time . Definitely disappointed with experience

My friends and I were travelling to Greece for 2 weeks: Athens, Mykonos, Syros and Rhodes. We surprised how good this app is. It's so easy to buy a ticket (while in processing, there was a cute animated animal). And we could see the map where the boat is and what time they arrive at which deportation. It's very user-friendly and working functional. I would use it again in future!

All i gotta say is WOW. All the youtube videos say to just buy from the actual site cause it was cheaper. For the sake of convenience and wanting all my tickets in one app i decided to "pay the premium". First of all they didnt charge any premium. The prices were all the exact exact same as on the website. But this might be new? Secondly there is a ferry tracker so you can estimate how delayed your ferry is. Third and best they let you change ferry companies if something happens to your ferry.

They sell a flexi option with tickets for the current day, and then they say that this option is only valid if you change the date of the ticket 48 hours before the departure of the ferry. They charge for something they can't fulfill and when you tell them about it they send a bunch of rules that you should have read to even accept something they sell because they don't accept responsibility for anything. I have been waiting for an agent to call for 7 days.

Uninstalled. They charge more than the official sites. You need to pay extra to change and it must be 48 hours in advance. Ferries get cancelled only in the last hour so there is no way you're going to know 48h before. And they charge extra for "better customer service". Which basically means their normal customer service sucks. I would like to avoid a company that charges for customer service. Goodbye.

This app lets you use discount coupons but you cannot get discount when u travel with Ur vehicle using the app, but you can whole using the website. Not recommended when website gives you the chance to pay actually less!

Don't trust the port location on this app. Its shows the incorrect one. Made us miss the boat. Ask someone instead as there are no signs
