I uninstalled the app as customer support had me do, and now I can't reinstall it! 5 STARS FOR THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT SHE WAS AMAZING, BUT OTHER THAN THAT ONSHIFT REALLY IS PROBLEMATIC.

This app has issues every other day. It's pretty stupid I have to create a new password to get in!! And the people who do maintenance on this app are probably some of the laziest people ever!!

This app is really frustrating to work with, as a scheduler, and getting my schedule. I use it on a computer and mobile app, and now weekly have to re-sign in, with a 14-character password with human verification everytime. Viewing all employees at the same time when making a schedule is not available you can only see 3 at a time. Waiting for it to load and to load to a new screen takes forever, and it stalls quite often. It seems very archaic deserves an overhaul.

I was able to use it on my phone. I had to reinstall it on my and when I went to reinstall I was told it was no longer compatible with my phone which is so frustrating.

Edited: i changed the rating from 2 star to 1 star only because I can't give zero stars. Every other day this app has issues. The only reason I keep it is because my employer posts my schedule in it otherwise I would have deleted it looooooong ago! It's great when it works but it's down a lot. It's been down since yesterday late afternoon and it's still down. I turned phone off and on twice and uninstalled app twice and it's still not working. The 2 stars is for when it works.

You cannot view your messages from a notification, unless, once the app opens, you tap the calendar and then messages again. Then they load. Probably the most finicky app I've ever used but it works. Barely. The two week view is terrible because it isn't regulated. You can have any two consecutive weeks viewed at the same time, but never based on pay period. It seems to be random. Also, trying to go to the next two weeks is terrible as well, since it will often skip a week, wherein you have to go back and then forward in time again. Like I said above, finicky.

Can't rate this higher than one star, because it needs to actually work for me to rate its performance. I have this program set up on my desktop machine, and it works pretty well. But the app does not accept the user/pass that I use on that machine. I've deleted and reinstalled it; no luck. Same with resetting password. It never texts/calls with reset instructions. Useless.
