The app was good, but for some reason, on my android phone, I do not get notifications anymore. I see someone else has had this same problem. What's going on? Why is this happening. Notifications are allowed. Are you fixing this or not ? Without the notifications, the app is almost useless imo.

Love the app! Easy to use and quickly add family/vendors. The recent update caused something to happen with notifications on Android, though. I'm still able to add vendors but I'm not getting any notifications of when they gain access to the property.

I am not sure what happened but it's no longer working on my android. It will not open 90% of time and if it does, it is just a blank screen.

No weekend support response for app issue. Can't create a visitor code for my place, and can't give people access to my property due to their product restricting my free use of my place. Took almost 48 hours to get a response and they confirmed that the error was on their part. Also will not generate codes for non US phone numbers.

1) not secure. The app never logs you out. Even though it asks for login info on opening, simply select another tab from the optionsat the bottom of the screen will bypass login. can't log out if I wanted to. 2) can't change profile information. If I wished to change my email, password, or any contact information, I have no access to do so myself. 3) can't access 2nd account. As an owner of multiple units, I can't access all my units from one account. Nor can I log-out & log-in to another.

unable to get text notification on Android phone. Updated review: After discussing the issue of text notification for Android phones, the tech team at Gate Sentry worked hard to fix the problem. Working well now. Would like to give 5 stars but still unable to eliminate the useless vendors on the list. I would like my own vendors and also room to add notes for the vendors such as employees names, some phone numbers and other contact info. Hope the next upgrade improves. I like this app!
