This app is great for looking at pantries but sometimes for some of them it has the wrong days so just call or email to check. BUT what will make this so much better is if there was a filter button to look up specific days or times you want to go instead of location only because I wanted one that was open Friday but I had to click everyone to see which one was open Friday.

When working properly, the app is fine. But a deal of time it does not. Often I will put in the name of a long time registered client and the app will not pull the name up. It will sometimes go to the name and then quickly go to a list without the name I am looking for. It does not flag duplicates. Names of people who are not our clients and have never had a visit with us pop up on our client list. There is only a short same day window for correcting duplicate entries.

App has not worked since 8/3/20. Tried on three Android phones and none of them let's you make reservation appointment. Sent numerous feedback to the app developer but no response. The reservation button would pop up for 3 seconds and disappears. Can't make reservations to any food distribution center even though I'm getting notification on the app that says my food distribution center is accepting reservations. Please fix.

Useful, but text system has appts that aren't available in app. Would help to have locations beyond Plentiful network to organize other pantry visits, in app calendar (not just a list) & calendar syncing. Every listing NEEDS descriptions of what each pantry gives like kosher/vegan/hallal/etc., paper goods, dog food, etc., whether ID/docs are required, what to expect (ie how much time appt takes, how much stuff to expect to carry home, heavy/large items). Please publish an iOS app! Thanks!

These pantries and the city of NYC should find another app. This app does not work. It crashes, and does not have basic functions in operating order, like search, and relatedly the entries are not up to date. Occasionally results or the interface defaults to Russian. Clearly no one in the Mayor's office has even looked at this app and how badly it runs, when it doesn't crash. I'd give this no stars if I could. Terrible. For years now it's just terrible.

This app is great. It has helped me and my family so much during a rough time. It gave me all the pantries around me their schedules even the ability to make reservations. Me and my family would've starved had it not been for this app because it provided me with when and where to go so i got us food from multiple pantries and we got to eat. So i recommend this app to anyone and everyone that needs those extras to make it through the month. It is 100% accurate

The app is very slow and doesn't work the way other apps work. You have to start from the top every second. Trying to make reservations for months and it wouldn't let me. When you tried directly to the food pantry "No available reservation" although it showing dozens on this app.

I didn't have a problem with this app until just recently. For some reason it's not showing any available dates for reservations. When the pop up congress up (to actually make a reservation), is BLANK. It's been like this for more than a month already. This is so disappointing!
