I think this app is related to T-Mobile and their Arcadyan 5G modem, not Assurion used by Amazon for warranties.

brightspeed (dumbslow) made me pay for this app. which i thought well ok might come in handy for info. not sure i can trust a "tech" app that as soon as i enter info to start acct. the very next screen that comes up. freezes with not next or cancel button, no wait a moment flag, just frozen. had to forcestop. we will see how it goes for a few days & then - "kick rocks, nimrod" not wanted or needed by me.

They are in the T-Mobile life app. They recommend. I know more than they did and I didn't take no class just been going through it for 5 years. I was quite stumped when tea Life app told me didn't trust them. But, there in your app. ok 😲

Won't let you update the credit card on file in the app it crashes when doing so. Insurance gets canceled because could not update the credit card
