Horrible! Everyone has a different experience but for some is not as easy as just put money on the account. I've put right info nothing works. I've called customer service they hang up on me. Horrible ! Lets see if they respond to my request to speak to an agent. They make it almost impossible to add money.

Just stores info. What's the purpose of having the option to add money if it's not going to work. I tried to add money back in June. The app has been updated recently. Here it is October and I have the same issue. "Sorry something went wrong. Restart app & check the balance to see if the transaction was successful before attempting a new payment".

A horrible company that is only made made worse by its unhelpful customer disservice. I added $85 to my account in preparation for a trip the next day. After the trip I checked my balance and saw it still said $85. Ezpass said my device wasn't active and I'd be responsible for the tolls! I asked them to refund my money and they said 6-8 weeks. I'm using my balance and throwing ezpass in the garbage. I'd rather pay cash then let these blood suckers keep having it. Wish negative star was available.

There's not much to view with this toll app. It shows you your balance and your able to reload your transponder. For anything else you have to log in online

Works fine for me I don't know why people are complaining, just add money to my account. Now the website for some reason didn't want to work for me, despite typing the same username and password like I just did to get into the app

I don't like like they automatically add whatever amount they choose when your balance is low. I like to add money as I need it. To difficult to turn this feature off.

Works fine. Good for quickly checking toll usage, transactions and adding vehicles. There is a $0.99 fee of you want to add funds through this app.

Just installed, logged in and browsed through the info: quick response, screen design clean and clear, data is accurate. It's a shame that EZPass MD does not have this app!
