There were 4 updates required in the past week!! Password, biometric, code are all saved but never show up. I always have to log in manually. Thermostat doesn't work with the app. What a pain! Edit 7/19: Thank you for responding. This is fixed now.

Never, EVER remembers my creds, so I have to put my username and password in every single time I launch the app. Now has started to not work at all, won't let me change the AC/Heat... worthless app. Edit, the issue still isn't fixed! I still have to log in every time AND it still doesn't actually let me change AC/Heat. How does this happen...

This is, without a doubt, the single worst developed app I have ever used in my 15+ years of using apps and smart devices. If you are a property manager, STEER CLEAR of this horrid service. Not only does this complete disaster of an app never work, but you can't even get real customer support. I have never left an online review of any product I have used ever, and I didn't plan to, until I met quext. I need way more than 500 characters to be able to describe all of its problems. DO NOT USE QUEXT

Terrible technology! I have to turn my ac to off or else it runs all day, regardless of what the thermostat is set to. As I'm typing this, the ac is displaying a temp of 71 degrees and still running even though the thermostat is set to 75 degrees. I can barely afford my electricity bill as it is, I'm so scared to see what it is after a full month of using this junk. Also, the current temp displayed in the app is always 1 degree lower than what the wall display shows. The door locks suck too.

App keeps losing connection. Almost daily now. They update about every week or so. Fix it right and stop messing with it 😒 . We didn't want the stupid thing anyway but it was forced on everyone. Now they going to force Google fiber on us next

Can you PLEASE make this application work.?? Every update makes it worse... Uffff... so frustrating. Update: With the latest updates it is working fine. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

So easy to use and the features helps another when I'm away from home. U can also add other devices using those app.

App is continuously closing and makes it impossible to get into apartment. Often the app logs me out of my account so if I forget my password I'm just locked out until someone else comes home. Sometimes it doesn't even work properly.
