This app is completely useless. It keeps hanging again and again. The printer is such a problem — I’ve been trying to set it up for three years, and you can see in the picture what kind of result it gives.

I have being using this app with a manual pat tester for about a year now and it works very well. However I seem to have an issue when using the KEW 80l label printer as everytime I print a label and click the save button the app will crash the same will happen with print and save function. I have tried this on two different LG phones with Android 8.1. Would you have a solution for this ?

Having used this for a year+ I would say its great. However when retesting it would IMO be better to add the option to add a new entry for an existing item so a history of test results can be viewed. Also the list order in the app does not tally with the pdf report. Further to this when retesting it forgets the link to the photo? When you go through the list of items and choose to edit an item onceyou have saved it your returned to the start of the list!

I have been trialing this app along with the Kewtech SmartPAT for a few weeks now and i'm really enjoying using it, and have been in close contact with the developers of the app, as i have been a userof a different brand for 10 years i was a bit worried about using a completley different set up, but after a few days of getting used to the difference there isn't really much of a difference in how the systems all work The app is so straight forward to use, i have now even started to pass the phone over to clients that visit our workshop for testing so the input their own details while i start visually inspection their appliances There isn't really much that feels wrong when scrolling through settings and different option choices Setting up the connection between the app and the Kewtech is very straight forward and also connecting the bluetooth printer is easy to connect We are putting in our first order and are likely to start replacing our other machines with this set up of the app, Kewtech SmartPAT and bluetooth printer, a brand new andriod phone as this not only works great but is much cheaper than other brands out there

Whether using the app as a stand alone app with a manual tester, or as I do using it in combination with a downloadable tester this app is amazing. (I now need to save up for the Smartpat tester) I use the app for all the information about the appliance, photographs, fuses, etc and leave my seaward tester just for the raw data. Combining these two parts of the data in SimplyPats is a breeze. The support from the developers is second to none. Quite frankly, I cant give it enough stars.

Absolutely love this app now it's all working correctly found out importing old contact and record data from Simplypats software on a new machine, would cause the app to crash on inputting the appliance number. Unless you delete the old records and start a new test All is good. For anyone else who has the app crashing and loaded the smartpat up with old data first. Love the Kewtek Smartpat too 10/10 for both step up from the K71

Fantastic app. Has completely changed my PAT Testing process. Pdf looks professional enough. There are one or two things that could be improved, like being able to edit results easier. And when you do edit the result, stop taking me back to top of results table. Its ok if there is less than 100. But when you have hundreds or thousands......

Please please please...Could you improve the app with a tiny modification that would save us hours of boring file re-naming work? The problem to solve is very simple ... If we have to keep tens or hundreds of reports into a folder, it is important to have the NAME OF THE 'SITE' in the file name. At the moment it saves the file with the name: <> . When saving and/or emailing the report, the file name both of the PDF and CSV should contain the 'SITE' as well...Thanks.
