Never buy any product from Harman Kardon. After sale service is pathetic, would rate it zero stars, I bought the Onyx Studio 7 for Rs 17,000 almost 3 months back, after 2 months it stopped changing and battery backup was also bad barely 4 hours with 50% volume. I have submitted devices for repair to service center but according to them parts are not available and also they have no Idea when parts will he available, it's been more than 21 days since there is no progress in the repair...

My earphones stopped working in 5 months . Right side earphone stopped working in few months and now left side also stopped working. Called Harman customer care, but after asking to select language, the call is getting cut. I was using JBL from long time. But I think I have to change the brand now.

Brand is with huge big claims but when required they just try to evade warranty period. Purchased ear buds which are not properly charging sent twice don't know what repair they do , at the time of purchase they claim therse are not repairable and will be replaced if problem occurs. Now twice the same problem is occurring they repaired and returned the product with same problem. Never again buy the JBL.

The work is very bad. I have been calling for three days and told that the email is wrong, no one is correcting it. I have bought jbl ear buds from amazon which are bad which is said to be replaced by Harman or out of stock.Will be shipped as soon as stock is available. Amazon currently shows one-day delivery on the flip card.

Totally dissatisfied by JBL company very pathetic service and support by brand to there customer. Also with fake product delivery by company. I purchased infinity glide N200 but it had some problem in charging so I submitted to customer care for replacement. But I got the worst product in replacement which is jbl tune 175 which was denied by me twice to the customer care register help line number also they delivered me the same worst product. Now again I have to wait for 15 days. Guys don't buy

Poor service i have been experienced of service and product both. Wastage of money, I will never purchase JBL product in my life and I never expect this type of service, totally disappointed.

Never buy JBL headphones, earphones - In 6 months - Rs. 2000 headphone hinge broke in normal usage. JBL TUNE 500. It is a simple basic wired headphone.paid extra for quality. Cmr care without even looking at product deny for warranty replacement. 300 RS worth of item simple headphone.. we pay rs. 1800 to jbl but it gets broken like 100 rs chinese use and throw headpbone. Even chinese products without warranty are better than JBL because ..JBL warranty is useless. Why shud we pay ptemium price

Very bad service , no one is responding myJBL. partybox 110 , I have registered my complain according my partybox on 2nd August 2024 but still no one is responding , I month already passed but nothing have done they . My product is under warranty , 5 month ago I have buyed and this happening now .very dis appointed.
