I love my new camera, and after I got used to the app, navigation is a breeze. I did have to reach out to support with some questions, but they were very friendly, clear to understand, and super helpful. I just purchased a second camera to add to my app and was able to complete the process in just a matter of minutes. It has given me the piece of mind I need when I am away from home. Regardless of bad weather or if i have had electricity or not, I still receive photos.

all in all it's not bad at all. in truth, it helped catch individuals vandalizing my house in one incident, and helped catch the men that broke into my house at a later date. however, I can not seem to be and to Keep the memory updated, requesting an on demand picture or video is like waiting in line at the dmv, and I can't find solar panels for my specific camera any where, and yes that's including the website. over all not bad, just few continous frustrations. other wise it's 5 stars all day!

3/3/25 - UPDATE- Customer support has been great in helping address my issues with my brand new DEFEND and it appears to be operating properly now. The camera became inoperable upon my last battery change. I've upgraded to 3 stars and will gladly add another star once I've been through another battery change cycle without having to do some sort of camera/SD card maintenance to restore it. I'm still an advocate that the app shouldn't be bright white. Kills the eyeballs. Dark mode please 🙏.

This service is pure garbage. No On Demand replays unless you want to pay $5.00 per request. No live view of the camera. No video captures Prices are extremely steep for what they offer. Since all the hardware ran about $350.00 I selected the 'starter' service plan $55.00/ yr, which limits the camera to 250 photos per month(I think). Tried to refresh since a new month started, still showing that 'I'm Over my Monthly Usage. Robbery! Camera is sturdy, battery life is ok, photos are decent quality.
