100% Con! Avoid Cancelled on me twice! And the second was three hours before we were due to be picked up! Offered us a discount after the first cancellation and then when trying to book our third they said "you've used the discount so we can't give it back" ... A cancelled booking with no reason. Then the con men said the pre-paid money would not come back in 5 days and then asked for another £50 plus an additional £10 for late booking! They have no sympathy for their shoddy service.

AWFUL and UNRELIABLE service! My wife and I booked a taxi from London to the airport and got the confirmation email from Taxicode. However, the booking was CANCELLED 5 minutes before the appointment, without any apology and without any effort to provide an alternative. And this happened twice in the three times we used Taxicode. Taxicode may sound convenient, but I strongly suggest to choose different service if you don't want to end up paying more because of their last minute cancellations

Awful service, don't use it! I booked a taxi to the airport two hours in advance and called them again one hour later to confirm everything was fine. They reassured me that the taxi would be there on time. But THREE MINUTES before the agreed time, they sent me an email saying that it was cancelled and offering me an "alternative" for 4x the original price.

Shocking experience! Don't touch with a barge pole. The app itself is ok, however it seems there is no real integration with the suppliers. I was attending a wedding booked my first cab via the app on the Tuesday before, only to have it cancelled by the supplier on Friday morning. I foolishly rebooted, selecting a different car and it too was cancelled just 2hrs before my 10.30pm pickup, that was after I contacted their support asking them to contact the provide and "really" confirm the booking!

Business customer, good service for a few journeys, but recently been let down at last minute on two airport runs, with no notifications and no solution, other than being told to make my own way. Pathetic customer support (emails not even replied to, no direct phone contact), no responsibility taken, poor mapping in app, 'most reliable' options have proved to be anything but. Will not use again and will not recommend. If zero stars were an option I'd be using it.

An unreliable, pointless service. I booked an early morning taxi from a small village to York train station. 10 mins after the taxi was meant to arrive I phoned and was told there were no drivers available. They had not pre-booked a driver for the agreed time. They had intended to use Uber to book the taxi shortly before I needed to leave. York has close to zero Uber drivers, and they would have been driving 20 mins out from the city centre, so this would never have got to me on time, if at all

Absolutely disgusted with this company made a booking for them to call and say that they couldn't honour the initially booking but they could provide us with a bigger car which would be £50 extra. Asked for my money back and was told I would only receive 10% of my initial payment back even though I was getting no service at all and they were the ones cancelling and not myself as per the terms and conditions. Con artists !

Do not use this service. My taxi was cancelled 15 minutes before it was due and after the money was already taken from my account. I had confirmed the booking by telephone about 3 hours before this. Once the booking was cancelled there was suddenly no-one available to answer any calls. I was left stranded and eventually had to walk for an hour to the nearest station. The refund will apparently take 5 days to come back to me and for my inconvenience, I was offered a pathetic £5 of my next trip.
