This app does NOT work. It emailed my contact rather than calling him, despite having the phone number. (What good is that? He might not check his emails for hours!) Then my phone said the app has a bug, and to clear the cache. I cleared the cache, and now it won't even register when I slap or drop the phone. It doesn't do a thing. 2023-12-20 Update after receiving response from developper : same issues, same problems. DON'T USE THIS APP Very bad app. Don't waste your time. First install, app would not validate my email and cell number. I wrote to the support group and waited 2 weeks for a response. 2nd install worked. Unfortunately, and even with setting the sensitivity to the lowest setting, the app registered 9 fasse falls in 2 days, the latest being my getting up from the couch. Great idea, poor execution.

Location it says I am is about ten miles away from where I really am, and no button to use to refresh or anyway to correct it. When I click the Google map icon I see Google maps puts my location right where I really am. So that seems like something that needs some work. Location issues put to the side, I tested this several times and even dropping my phone from a height it never registered any falls. So I am deleting as it doesn't work, except to drain the battery.

Seems simple enough, not using all the features, like the low battery, person's "mobile", monitoring. Can't figure out why the app's Icon has a 1 alert on. Been through all menu items, cleared phone notifications. It's still on. Can't, haven't tested it, can't find a person to take a fall. 😀

I love the interface in this app. Unfortunately, at low sensitivity settings, the alarm goes off even if I do so much as look crosseyed at my phone. Had to uninstall. Too bad, 'cause it could have been perfect.

1. unable to add emergency contact nor profile on watch app, due to inability to verify mobile number 2. after adding emergency contact on smartphone, i can't find it again. overall a confusing experience which i did not know how to proceed

gave it a 2nd chance, still only allows 1 contact set up & wants a bunch of creepy permission settings.. would not recommend.. you can only set 1 emergency contact person.. would be better if you could set multiple people
