Very frustrating when you try multiple times to log in and being blocked. Them try to reset password and not getting the new login details email. Would have given up be now but have to pursue this as it is a work requirement. Worst induction process I've encountered in the last ten years.

Website forced me to download the app. No other option. Of the 17 modules my employer assigned me, only 3 would load. The website's help centre was a substandard bot. I don't recommend. Ok update on this. I emailed the support team listed in the app store and received an email back saying they only accept emails from email addresses within their organisation..... pretty impressed at my level of unimpressed.

Has the same question but different answers each time. For the most part I can guess the correct answer, but some lessons I can't. Have to go back to lesson and go through it again to get the question refreshed. Really sucks when I have to answer 30 questions that are too related and I have to go back through all 55 slides to get the actual question.

This is typical of HR leaving candidates in limbo, with an app that clearly doesn't help with the frustration of doing hours of inductions. This app has a problem look at the reviews and solve the problem .

Constantly freezes lags or straight up shuts down. Just wasted an hour on a lesson and couldn't get past 17%.

Terrible experience, worst app ever. Has taken me three days to get to 37% complete on an induction using three different devices!! Whoever is behind this should be embarrassed.

App WILL NOT let me log in, Been on phone trouble shooting for over an hour. About to be kicked off site as my modules are not done, despite the app not allowing me to log in.
