Trash. It's saying the device isn't connected. When you go into network settings, you can't add your wifi information, which is strange. I've refreshed, uninstall several times and nothing. It all worked fine before, until I realized it's no longer on. It said the device was off. I never turned it off, and my network is great. Uninstalling again.

Loosing connection with the camera, then it can't connect with the camera until I disconnect it from the power source and pair it again. Also app can't access SD card options . Poor image quality. Poor night vision. No HD. No 4x zoom. No zoom at all. Has no AI motion detection. It's nothing like in the description. Absolute garbage of the camera and the app and a obvious scam.

Picture quality is good. But You really need to improve, app doesn't work without internet. it shouldn't be, with wifi connection, one should be able to view only. 2. connecting to device takes time. 3. and most IMPORTANTLY, when recording video, once you leave the interface, it stops even when the phone is allowed to run in background without restriction. Video recording should be continuous. 4. Night vision isn't working, Nothing to see at night unless the area is properly lighted.

i had a little problem connecting but once i got past that stage, the motion detection notifications doesnt work. ive tried everything. On an android phone, in settings, notifications, apps, this app should be listed there to turn notifications on and off. Its not there. Maybe it didnt install properly but i cant give it any more than 2 stars. ive used other similar cameras/apps and they are far better. Chinese language doesnt help either, should be in English by default.

An extremely terrible app. I have to login everytime I open the app. Then I have to wait to skip the ad (why there is an ad in the first place?). Even then it's not guaranteed that it will display the video stream; sometimes it keeps loading and loading and I have quit and wait for a few minutes. My investment on the camera is totally wasted.

Needs a lot of work. I It's almost there... kind of. My biggest issue is that notifications are permanently blocked somehow on android. No way to unblock notifications as far as I can tell. why have motion detection at all if it won't notify you of the motion?

My rating is for the app & camera. Absolutely the worst camera I've ever had. Terrible issues connecting, staying connected, viewing as resolution needs to resolve more than a blind person imagining what might be there based on sound. That's during the day. 100% useless at night as a cheap sound recording device would be better. Even still I tried to make the best & use the cloud service but payment always hung then errored out. App itself doesn't redeem & Intercom doesn't work. Epic fail

The camera is supposed to record on its own without going into the app and stare at the phone to see if there are any movements, the motion camera does not work on its own I have to go into the app and move the camera. The night vision is horrible, it doesn't switch on automatically. It always says network is unstable when I am at the office. This is really horrible. TRASH
