I have been using this app for a week now. I am loving it since the therapists are really well trained. However, the app is very confusing especially when tipping or paying. The app keeps on declining my card though it has balance and have used it before. When I try to pay thru paypal, it shows a paypal error indicating its incorrectly configured in AndroidManifest.xml. And because of this error, I cant book another massage appointment since I have a pending balance. Hope this will be fixed.

I am a lover of getting massage and every month spend more than 20K pesos. I have used this app more than 3 years but have deleted it. To be fair, the app is convenient to use and normally works well. But unlike before it's so hard to get the favorite therapists if not through additional communication with service desk. It seems that they are losing experienced ones over time. It's much better to use other services to book my favorites. Also their customer service is very poor.

What happened to Zennya? It was such an amazing app before. But that was back in 2019-2020 ishhh. Now its hard to log in and the customer support is so bad. UI is not so friendly anymore. There's no option to change password or profile information myself. I would have to go through their customer support and they suck so bad.

NOT CUSTOMER-CENTRIC. App does not allow same day specific-time scheduling. The app mobilizes therapists immediately upon booking, with varying arrival times which you cannot control, ranging from 8 minutes to as much as 45 minutes (at least based on last night's experience). Customer service (with bad attitude) insists that either you take the time their app has set (not your desired time), or cancel and rebook again with uncertainty that you will get your desired time. BAD APP AND EXPERIENCE.

Wow, I am just blown away by the amazing and reliable service of the Zennya app. I mean, what could be better than trying to book a service multiple times and consistently being told there are no providers available? It's like a dream come true! I can't even begin to express how thrilled I am to have wasted so much of my time trying to use this service. Keep up the fantastic work, Zennya. You're truly setting the bar for incompetent app experiences."

Got my massage, was great the therapist was professional and conversational. However, the app keeps crashing and I couldn't rate them or even leave a tip. I would love to use this company again, but I absolutely can't get into the app without it crashing now.

0 star rating. Took a COVID test through Zennya's provider Singapore Diagnostics. These losers gave me a false positive result. No response to any of my complaints after calling them out on it. Everyone who's used the app should be wary about their results - you might be inadvertently be spreading COVID due to false results. App also sucks - bad UI, clunky & difficult to use. Repeatedly charged my credit card via Paypal to the point where my card got blocked. Beware!

LAB TEST STATUS INCONSISTENT WITH APP VS. WHAT THEIR SYSTEM CAN SEE. Cant "confirm" home care service successfully! Clicking their link just asks to open app w/o notice or button to "confirm" i.e. verify DOB and location of the pending booked service. The Schedules tab however shows that the booked service has "FINDING MY PROVIDER" status already, which supposedly translates to being confirmed on my end and yet Zennya cannot see that in their system, thus they cannot match me to a provider! 🤯
