Doesn't work; waste of twenty minutes. The app finally recognized I was scanning a page, though it incorrectly referenced page 28 when I was scanning page 38, and it claimed there were no media resources on page 28, when there are. It made the same error twice.

The scanning of the textbook doesn't work for me. I uninstalled it many times, change locations, make sure it the correct textbook before scanning, make sure that I use my WiFi network, clear the cache...on my phone but it still doesn't want to open or scan for me. Keeps giving me the error message in another language. I am using my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone. It worked for me 3 weeks ago and then suddenly it doesn't work anymore. Help please!

The audio doesn't work at all. If you see you have the worst reviews ever I think it's time do to some IMPROVEMENTS AND FIX THIS APP!

I was really excited to use the app after buying about 10 of their German books in germany. Unfortunately the app keeps telling me that the page scanning feature isn't available. The books came with a CD but I don't have a CD player anymore, maybe 10 years ago. This is very disappointing, I bought the books because I thought I'd be able to use the app. I feel cheated.

The app has a 5-star potential, but it has a huge accessibility issue: screen reader users cannot reach the button that opens the menu on the top left of the screen, which makes the app unusable/ I rated the app 1 star mainly because it's impossible to contact the devs; that's unfair and impractical.

EDIT: Nevermind, I finally took the scan of the *cover* and not the page and it worked. ------- I bought a book for learning German and it says that audio files are in the app. However, for some reason, the app shows "no resources founded" for every page with a multimedia sign:( it does recognize the page but that's it...

Stage 1 story books: The audio are per track and requires stepping back, selecting new, and clicking play. That distracts the child and results in lost focus. Why couldn't one story book be one track, as an option?

Hi, Unfortunately, there are no listening resources for the book "Expedition Brazil" in the app. I cannot listen to tracks from book activities and fulfill them. Could you please download the resources to the app? Moreover, I couldn't send my request via email on your official internet site.
