Impossibile caricare le carte bancomat ING (VPAY). Ho aggiornato una delle carte di credito, ho dovuto confermare che intendevo usarla per il cashback, ma dopo averla attivata per tale scopo (controllando attentamente) mi sono ritrovato la carta come da attivare. Ho perso in tal modo diverse transazioni di importo rilevante. Pessimo It is not possible to upload ING bancomat (VPAY). I updated one of the credit cards, I had to to confirm that I intended to use it for the cashback but, after having activated it (carefully checking), I discovered that the card resulted not active. For this reason I lost the registration of many relevant expenses. Real bad.

Useless. I can't pay my PagoPa notice in any way. It gets stuck in "We are checking the infos of your notice". Italy is a country with the highest levels of burocracy, and expects everyone to do everything digitally by taxing or banning operations through a physical place, when their systems are absuolte garbage.

Absolutely rubbish. Been trying for 5 weeks to add my card details and every time it says not possible. I uploaded the new version which was supposed to fix the issue then tried again. This time it blocked my card so I cannot use it..... do not use this app

I don't know who created this app...exgremely poor and 3rd class app...but what can we do..we have to install...please update this app ...every time we need to change password ... for what... and all is in Italian... english is also EU language..why no option to change it in English...and most important please fix it so it can keep it remember the saved credentials

An absolute waste of time. Wallet doesn't load or accept payment method. None of the links work and the app sends you in circles of non-functioning error messages. Shocking.

Can't accept general and privacy regulations. I'll improve the score once solved. Good idea, can't wait to use it. 12/8/20 update: one star deserved for efforts and improvements reached. Bugs and malfunctioning very much reduced. 01/03/21: Xmas Cashback received! And the app did not crash anymore.
