app not displaying on top of other apps despite that the option is selected in the apps setting... app rings with no pop-up, I have to go look for the App, open it then answer. This is really annoying as my phone keeps ringing and vibrating until i find the app and open it manually. i have tested the app on an iPhone and it have the same issue. the problem has been persistent since ever and no bugfix or update came through.

Overall I am happy with the performance. One issue is that when I am away from home. The software disconnects intermittently and I cannot reconnect. Therefore I cannot answer the intercom remotely when away from home. Even though I have strong data signal strength. One of the main features we wanted was remote capabilities.

Totally worthless app. Could not make it work with the urmet hardware that came equipped in my apartment following the instructions from the manual. Reached out to customer service and they simply don't reply. We'll probably just switch to something that does work, like Ring or Eufy

Updated 21/05/2024 After contacting technical support and a couple of app updates from the Urmet team the app is now functioning as expected! Would be a nice improvement to have the incoming call register as a phone call on the phone ---- App is horrendously unusable. It constantly flips from potrait to landscape mode and cannot be used.

Poor app and poor web site. It is literally impossible to email them the checkbox on their website cannot be marked The app is just terrible and not connecting to the device I spend a few hours and it's not working scanning the QR code resulting invalid Very frustrating

I am a user of the urmet app and hardware, with Pixel 7. The app is constantly crashing for the last month. Please update accordingly software updates for Pixel phones, as it is currently not possible for me to use the app!! Very annoyed.

As with other users, the app switches orientation constantly with no way to end it. I've tried turning off auto-rotate, but to no avail. Unuseable.

The app is unusable on my Android phone: it switches the orientation from portrait to landscape unendingly, so I cannot even get past the opening pop-up.
