Works relatively well. I'm a customer; it was a welcome alternative provided by a tech who came to my home to provide additional Fobs, which come with a hefty price tag. The tech certainly did not oversell, said the app was glitchy, which it was for some time. It would randomly sign you out. But, once you sign back in, it worked fine (many updates have addressed that!). I never had issue with it failing to function. I've used it from other cities and countries to arm/disarm without issue. 🙏🏾

Garbage. Rarely works. Installed and Uni stalled this app multiple times for it to work occassionly to no avail. Worked in the beginning for about 2 or 3 weeks flawlessly then it turned into Garbage. Could not Arm or Disarm the app away from home or inside the home. Error popups or cant reach server. Very disappointing because for such a primitive functioning app you would think that all it has to do is Arm and Disarm the system! Well it rarely does that! App needs to be updated or upgraded.

It's quite OK, but after the last update we don't see the alarm panel users. The information exists, but the list doesn't show at the application. Sometimes the refresh of the system is not working. All these problems showed up after the last update at August.

I use this app for monitored systems for KeepSafeSystems.ca . The form factor is nice and small and the multi-sim works flawlessly (this was tested when Rogers went down for several days, the units which were on rogers switched automatically) Tech support is also very responsive, which is nice to see because I like to respond to my clients as soon as possible and not having to wait a day for a response is really quite amazing (usually < 10 min)

App is very slow. It takes less time to unlock the door, disarm the alarm at the panel, and walk around the building to turn on all the lights and computers than it does to disarm the alarm with the app. My phone spends 98% of it's time in landscape orientation. When trying to disarm the alarm, this app only shows the keypad numbers 1 2 and 3, the remaining numbers are drawn off-screen. This app needs to properly support landscape orientation.

Will somebody from the company please post a contact link where I can get some app support? I just got a brand new system this month using R control. The app keeps sending me dozens of notifications over the course of a wee to keep the R control app active to ensure delivery of push notifications. I've checked all kinds of settings for Pixel 8 pro notification permissions, notification permissions from the app, keeping the app active.

The app itself is straightforward and not difficult to use. But it lacks the function of ''STAY Arm''. The app only allows putting on the alarm fully, which is not convient enough at night when we want to set the stay armed alarm from upstairs. If future update will provide fuller control, this review will reflect that progress

2021-03-10 After a day. Everything worked fine. Update removed my sites. Now it works, but any operation is extremely slow ( 1 minute) , and sometimes it is not able to refresh and times out telling me to check my internet connection
