Good platform for doctors to serve patients home and abroad. But the app only show some specific doctors' profile in its front page. It should go back to the previous style of showing top 20 doctors according to the number of patients served by them . Or it can have a system for doctors willing to boost their profiles add. ## The platform fee is increasing day by day which is now 23% is too much(+5% vat) . That means a doctor gets only 72 % of fee. It seems that doctime is now fully commercial.

DocTime is one of the best telemedicine services in Bangladesh. Thousands of patients from different places are getting benefits from this app. But, the technical team should be more conscious about fixing the bugs.

I registered about 20 days ago but I'm not yet verified, they say it may take upto 5 working days. Even I emailed them but no response. Bad experience.

My application has not been reviewed in eight days when the app said it would take only 5. No follow up on it; none. Such indifference can't be good for the app in the long run.

I am a veterinary doctor. I can't complete my qualification set-up. Degree name option is not working. In Bangladesh there is only 2 degree for veterinary doctor. 1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. 2. BSc Vet Science & AH. Please fix it.
