Really badly translated, but as another person pointed out, Navigation means vaporetto (water bus) and Automotive means bus (land) and that gets you a long way to finding the right tickets. Also don't ignore the warning when it opens about using QR codes, and even with that, i turned off nfc to make sure my Gpay wasn't used and used the old scanners whenever possible.

App suitable to check timetables. Can't buy tickets - app asks you to register a card (with transaction of 0.02€), but then you can't use the card, because it says 'your card cannot be found', and it won't let you buy tickets.

The App itself is not that bad. But the ticket system the app is to be for is broken. With the app we had trouble adding a payment method when internet is shaky. You really need a credit card, no PayPal or anything else supported. Worst thing we're the scanners to scan the 2d bar code. It's not clear that you have to insert the whole phone. In many cases, the Scanner didn't recognize the code. We paid money for the ticket and had trouble getting on board. Sad condition.

Barely usable. Needs serious rework. Localisation is shocking. How to get tickets Select Info & Ticket, select Ticket Office (middle), look under "Automotive + Navigation" or "Navigation" for general use tickets. The 75 minute ticket is fine for a trip but not valid for the airport (look for the 75 minute Marco Polo). The many day passes are also good. Select for descriptions. Some standard tickets can't be used for trains but can be used for bus, water bus, etc so good for visiting islands.

Rubbish. Tried to register to buy tickets, did not receive a text to verify the account, so decided to buy tickets at the ticket office which was easy. Three hours after installation the verification texts start arriving. I have now received a text every hour for 32 hours and counting. Avoid this app, far better to have a physical ticket which has worked faultlessly.

This must be the worst e-ticket app ever! Creating a profile took multiple attempts as it failed to send a 2FA message to my phone. Then buying a multi day pass required several attempts and when I finally got one you can't do anything useful like add it to a digital wallet. And when you do manage to wade through the multiple menus required to open your QR code, the scanners are so badly designed that you can't actually scan the code to open the barrier so I ended up climbing over them!

Absolutely worthless. It doesn't offer daily tickets. It doesn't allow you to buy tickets without inserting departure and destination first, but it doesn't find them. It can't find crucial stops like "Rialto" or "Punta Sabbioni". If it shows you a line and you click on it, it says "no data about the line".

Do not top up!! You can buy directly onto a card, if you top up you lose money as you get change stuck that you cannot spend. Other than that the app is very clunky, you cannot buy a ticket for the route you are stood on - it always just tells you it is unavailable. You need to use Google to identify the type of ticket you need, then buy it through the drop down menus not the Solutions section which doesn't work.
