Saved my chickens. The very first night that I had the app installed, the power went off, and the app woke me up, giving me the opportunity to make other arrangements for my incubator, thus saving my eggs and chickens. I wouldn't have woken up without the app. While the weather is still rough, I will continue ue to use the app. Thank you.

I was looking for how to have an alarm on my phone during the night if the local powergen went out. Are a bunch of apps say they can do it, but after browsing though the jungle I found this one; which is the best. Just plug the phone to power and press start. Alarm stops if power comes back, and app continues monitoring. You can select delay after power loss before alarm (great for quick power outages of less than e.g. 5 sec). Anything longer and I get an alarm!

Does exactly what it says. It's simple and it works. Great use for an old perfectly working phone to monitor power to my fish aquarium like another user did. I'm hopeful that you can add SMS or email alert because the remote notification can make it even more useful, especially when I'm traveling. Very nice work and thank you for the app. I looked for the SMS version on Amazon but I am unable to add it to my cart for downloading.

Two suggestions... Write the events to a log file so you can see multiple events (power can go on/off multiple times in one storm). Make the timestamp have a one-second resolution for short failures. Other than that, fine!

"When Google allows it..." ??? There's no option to test that. It simply monitors if the power to the phone was interrupted then plays an alarm. In the past there was an app called Power Watch that actually worked, but I can no longer find it.

Hello, I've installed this app through the Amazon app store in order to use the SMS alerting option. Unfortunately even though I have granted the app permission to send SMS and checked the box, I'm unable to select a number to message. That option is grayed out so it won't work. I'm on a pixel 4 and wish this worked. I'd be willing to pay for this! Thank you

Does not work with the screen off which makes it useless. If power is removed with the screen off, the alarm will not sound until the screen is awakened.

This app used to work really well. Now when I set it, it always turns itself off sometime during the night.
