Totally unreliable app . Don't buy if ur relaying on control over property away or elderly living control over internet. Regulary keep disconnecting and NO WAY RESETING BEING BY WIFi DEVICE doing all over again programming. You Have 2 weeks to make up decision by consumer rights. Also issues with device shearing. Customer service finest - talk full ears of bananas as they were told to do so ! ATC doesn't care seems to be no fixes.chame.

Cannot register on app keep getting error message. Unexpected error occurred. Nothing else, no other means of support or directions to do anything. Terrible app. 10 new atc radiators that I can't operate. Contact section in app will not work. Help section is useless.

Wife can't log into account. Unexpected error has occurred. User and password is correct as I am logging in no problems. Contact button in app doesn't work at all. Would like some contact from the Tevolve team as I can find now help online

Registered via web page first then downloaded app and logged in. All settings were then in app. Easy to use and so far works perfect. Removing radiators and home accounts could be easier. Early doors but recommended will update after few weeks.

App randomly changes programmes and settings , then when you make changes it doesn't always save them . Really frustrating that the app has been around for this long and is still plagued with issues .

App used to be good. The last two weeks it has constantly logged me out and constantly tells me an error has occurred. Have reinstalled at least 5 times and still no success. Contact button on app does not work

So often the setting isn't saved and I have to reset. Also not clear which radiators are set at certain times. Very frustrating app.

Can't register my device, an error message repeatedly shows up, doesn't seem to be a contact or help function to rectify this issue.
