Missing a lot of features, but more importantly, it doesn't always work. Lately the flashcards haven't been loading so now I'm only using it for the occasion video. Makes it impossible to do cards on the go because I'm not going to pull out my laptop on a commute. Messaged support about this bug and they are great at acknowledging your comments but they don't seem to act very fast because it's been 2 weeks and this bug is still present! Honestly, flashcards are the main feature for me too :(

Doesn't record what you have watched on your phone to your videos watched on computer. Does not override the timeout on phone. So you have to change the timeout interval when you want to watch as osMosis. If you don't, it will time out and turn off the video as often as your lock screen turns off. Makes watching things hands free virtually impossible. Content is quite good. App is trash

This app offers to download videos to watch later offline. I tried for 3 hours to download videos. I managed to download 5. Most downloads would't start. The few that started mostly stopped part way. When I tried to watch the very few videos I had downloaded (while offline) a large red bar appeared across the screen saying "Not connected to internet" - preventing me from seeing the information. Very poor experience. Minus 100 stars. Back to med school with you Osmosis App.

I really disliked this app solely because I had difficulty downloading the quizzes and videos that I wanted to watch. But now with the purchase from Elsevier, I can study on public transportation or any place as I please. The only Downside I find is the timing out your phone while watching the videos. I have the full computer dashboard at my fingertips and I'm loving it!!

I would like to say that this is a great app for medical personnel. When I was in Medical School 20 years ago I don't or our generation did not have that chance. We have to note down every thing and search it in the texts. Now this app fills that gap and I love to learn and memorize all my learnigs some of them are almost forgotten.

Superb app for medical students who are studying abroad. It helps you guys to understand the concepts easily also notes are available just we can alter some terms according to our university and vola it's done... Thank you for the great app

5 stars for the material and videos (easier to understand) but for the app no stars as the app is vey unstable, crashes itself , sometimes downloading does not take place, schedule can't be seen , flashcard issues, no high yield notes, no search history option, etc etc. Uninstalled app several times, refreshed, used high speed wifi, but no improvement. Reported several times to the team but no action taken till now. Hope, now the team will improve the app. Kindly fix the aforesaid issues.

I remember the app being so much more efficient. The app isn't identifying the answers for fill-in blanks I solve, instead says it's wrong. I checked for spellings and if case sensitive, and still says incorrect. Love your videos, schedules, and notes. Hopefully, this bug is fixed since it keeps repeating the same questions every day. And it would be great if we could access notes and the question quiz builder on the app.
