This is a SCAM. After I made a payment for the premium, the entire screen was locked. I was not able to operate this app anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled and found that my earlier data and purchase of the premium app is all GONE.I have to fill in all the particulars again. No records of the previous data that I have input. Data not store in CLOUD. DO NOT PURCHASE THE PREMIUM. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK.

The app is very easy to use. One problem I have encountered is that my blood group isn't in the drop-down menu. I have upgraded to Premium 21/09/2024. However, this hasn't rectified the issue. Your help would be appreciated. October 2024, I sent an email re the blood group ARH- (negative) not in the drop-down menu. I've noticed four months later, this hasn't been rectified. Is this issue being addressed. It's pointless having an emergency app, and this important information is omitted.

I have been very happy with this app for some years, but today I opened it to update my meds and suddenly everything is gone - profile, insurance, history, medications, everything! it literally takes days to enter all that information. I re-entered my profile, saved it, closed the app and reopened - NOTHING! I'm p***ed!

Love this app but I've had an issue. I know I should back up all data but never worried about it on this app. But now all my data is gone, plus I'm sure i had a premium acc so would greatly appreciate if you could look into this for me. Many thanks

Overall, great app and very intuitive. I am having a hard time adding info to the lock screen. I have a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Also, it would be nice to be able to add pictures of my insurance cards. Thank you for this great app. Update: I figured it out. Once I upgraded, it took about 30 min for the settings to adjust and allow me to set it up on the lock screen. I changed my review to 5 💫 I've been a registered nurse for a long time and this is one of the best ICE apps I've ever seen.

Too many ads. Premium too expensive. Edit: I paid for it anyway. App is better without ads but could use a few more features. 6/22: Edited to say that the icon no longer shows on the lock screen and no one can get the info unless the phone is unlocked and they see the app icon. I paid for this so first responders could access my information. Now they can't and I am stuck with it. 2/23: Switched phones. All info gone, got basic app although I paid for it. Help!

Got a new phone and had to redownload this app but it has since changed and I dislike the changes. I used to be able to add multiple contacts (the version I had was free) and now I can only add 1 with the free version. I don't need to add all my medical history to this app. Also, I am unable to add it to my lock screen. That's the whole point of this app, to show on my lock screen Incase of an accident or something and I am unable to talk.

The only problem I had with this excellent application was that the widget on the lock screen kept disappearing for no apparent reason. However, and for whatever reason, this anomaly seems to have been fixed and the widget has been fixed securely on my lock screen for several days. As promised I have upgraded my rating to five stars and would give it 10 stars if it were possible. I'm 78 years old and this is an essential tool for my protection in case of unforeseen events. Thanks guys!
