The only complaint I have as of now is the average speed is always showing 0 for the trip on the main screen (above the max speed)

App is working for my Samsung A12 but I cannot seem to connect the bluetooth and pair with the escooters interface. Can any please help me

Great app for modifying the scooter's settings and changing the led swag lights. Although it is a little buggy, my scooter gets disconnected from my phone's Bluetooth multiple times while in the app, and I keep getting signed out of the app.

The app won't connect to my Blade GT+ II. The scooter has system communication error requiring update to firmware V15, but the Bluetooth still won't connect within the app to do so. I am aware there the company has been doing server maintenance, but I need my scooter up and running again.

Gps does not work, when you adjust the app settings it reset evertime you turn off the scooter, for months now i told the company about the gps and they're saying nothing is wrong with it,not worth the 4 thousand dollars if the gps don't work

Blade gt + need more FAQ gesh. Lack of demonstrations and it doesn't seem to work for the blade gt+ smh. I didn't know I bought a broken product.0Also, state your guys scooters endurance at but over half max payload and maximum output current! Better business bureau ideology! meaning, it's not surprising when people realize that it really only goes 15-18miles of distance when you're chasing lap times/riding blade gt+ with everything it got on the default programming. im regretting teverun. Ugh
