No adds and it automatically goes from bubble to spirit when you move your phone. It can be recalibrated or completely reset. Tested it to my spirit level and it is spot on. My only gripe would be that it's almost impossible to see the axis marking next to the readings since both the fonts and the screen is dark. Would be nice to color the fonts for the axis the same green as the bubble. So it can be seen the first time you look not the 6th or 7th time before it is noticed.

I needed a level for a simple task, and this tool saved me a lot of money at the hardware store. I tested it on a surface that I already knew was level, and it confirmed the previously known status immediately, therefore I knew I could trust it to help me level the new surface. I also love that it gives the x and y values! I am a former CAD Instructor and Engineering Designer, so I think in terms of X and Y (and Z) a LOT! Thank you for a simple-to-use app that does not collect my data!

It works but it emulates an improperly calibrated level. A level isn't worth a whole lot if I have to guess if the bubble is in the center. The out line of the bubble should line up perfectly with the circle/lines so that I KNOW that it's in the center. That said, the digital aspect of the level makes up for this. One last thing: The ruler is simply wrong. It reads about 13 inches for a dollar bill which in reality is 6.

Not sure if there are better ones out there, but this is exactly what I needed and was thinking of when I looked for one on the play store, grabbed it because of the higher rating but seems to actually hold up to it's stars!! It changes between the different styles fluidly for whichever way you hold your phone depending on what your trying to level which makes it super easy to get a few different readings back to back without having to stop and push any buttons or mess with the settings each ti

I have 70+ year old eyes and absolutely love the maximum use of space to display the bubble and spirit level gauges. They are easily seen even at some distance. I would have given this a 5 star rating if it weren't for the digital angle degree panels. They could be larger and the "shadow" makes it more difficult to read than neccessary. There is plenty of room for larger high contrast simple digital displays. After all this is being used as a tool, not a piece of design art.

Why do these bubble apps require a perfectly level surface to calibrate? I should be able to 1) calibrate. 2) turn phone 180 degrees, same side down. 3) calibrate. 4) The bubble app uses those two readings to determine the angle of the surface and calibrate the phone! There was an app called 'Clinometer' that did that beautifully. Sadly it no longer works on my phone. I am going to post this review on the other bubble level apps that I have tried hoping to motivate the devs to 'fix' their app.

Calibrated using a 6 foot long spirit level with known accuracy. App works incredibly well. Keep in mind, your performance may vary depending the accuracy your phone's accelerometer (Pixel 7 Pro here). 4.5 stars as is, 5 stars with implementation of custom sounds to indicate level, a screen orientation lock for protractor (can be done manually from phone settings), and if viscosity could be faster to mimic a real spirit level better (low viscosity is still WAY slow by comparison). Good job, Dev!

Only two stars due to the ruler not allowing for calibration and the invasive full screen video ad when selecting Settings. I have no issue with the ads at the bottom to allow it to be free, but ads preventing the use of the app are unacceptable.
