I have been studying on the website for a long time. Love the website. It's the app that's the problem. 1. Ads coming inbetween streams. 2. The app closes on its own. To refresh it , I have to open it again and again. 3. Plus according new students who have joined the study stream, they could only study for one hour without subscription. The website is good. The students love how the website was in the begining. It will be good to implement the websites characteristics on here.

The app version has some issues . Here are the ones I faced : 1) The app doesn't let me go landscape when I turn on rear camera 2) If I turn on and turn off camera more than 2 times the app crashes . 3) Everything suddenly goes blank without any internet disconnectivty . All the users disappear including the ones I pinned and follow, but I'm still on the server . 4)Camera doesn't turn on always . Many times when I turn on the camera , the camera stays black , no feed .

Payments issues: you can't pay using upi or RuPay cards Today morning I got error while doing payment, Then I issued a virtual visa card from my bank app(only for this) but now I don't get any option to subscribe it (it is just redirecting me to my previously failed payment) No mail reply, no support from their side ( Wasted my day)

1)Fix that problem of stopping the app in between or loosing the pins you pinned . 2) give us the features of web in Android also like there is no option of quality camera etc 3) frequently stopping the app 4) give us to blur video or extra feature that you gave to web users

App has problems. It closes on its own. And freeze when after an add pop up. Otherwise, the app is not bad.

i like this app and have been using it for a few months. allover this app is good but sometimes it just says i have rejoined from a different device and i need to rejoin although i don't join from any other device and i also loose all my pins which is really kind of bothersome... also I've been getting reactions from different people but it randomly gets removed whenever its near 5 reactions. please look into it

Payment getting declined. This has been very useful for me so payment is justified but atleast provide me my money's worth. Charging so high and not fixing the bugs is unacceptable.
