It would be great to have not only Lithuanian interface, but English. And payment interface could be more straightforward - entering client id, personal code in bank app each time is a little bit boring. One touch payment by credit card would be handy. Everything else is ok.

App gets stuck on initial launch, clearing from memory and re-launching fixes it. Minor inconvenience but gets tedious after a while. No issues and does the job well otherwise.

Not much functionality, statistics and possibility to pay for invoices are good. But there is no way to see what exactly are you paying for if you are paying extra. So that is quite frustrating. Could also give info about possible plans or at least about current plan.

App is laggy as hell, experiencing constant freeze time, app doesnt load 30% of time, signing in with bank acc takes longer than on website and the format of information you need to provide brings you 10 years back. It requires you to login avery single time, "remember me" option works incorrectly, it remembers different kind of info. Bassically it takes you longer to pay your bill on app than it would have using some mcdonald wifi on 15 years old pc browser.

It's been 4 years that I am using this app. It's been, developer knows, how many years since this app exists. In a European country with large non lithuanian communities. And app is still unusable for a person that does not read Lithuanian. Translation of such app is the most trivial task and it's still has not been properly done in all these years.

The app supports only Lithuanian language. I don't know it well, so I have to guess sometimes what is happening on the screen. Please add an ability to choose at least English in the app.

1.no english or polish or other languages provided as an option to use the app 2. customer service doesn't reply quickly, they take around 2-3 months to actually get back to you an issue, what's the point of having it if you won't be prompt?

Uses large amounts of data even if app is not started. I've had problems as my mobile data plan was unexpectedly drained by this app. I suggest everyone to limit app data usage to Wi-Fi only
