Great way to integrate with EuCon control on my computer. Makes working on Avid ProTools faster, easier, and more streamlined for me and I know I'm only using a quarter of its functionality so far. It can take some time getting used to. If your network isn't stable connectivity can be an issue.

I'm on the fence still. Updating can be confusing across different devices. And when settings get wiped it can be a hassle to set it up again. Also when devices get disconnected it does become a bit of an inconvenience if it happens frequently. But when it works, it's great.

Never figured out what the thing does. Not self explanatory... It seems like something that I could really like and use. But i'm not sure what for. I really wish there was something in place. That would show me and not cause me to spend hours online. Figuring out where the information is, or who took the time out of their busy schedule to list the information that they declined to. Maybe someday it'll all become clear. And I will have a different opinion, but i've gotten zero use of this.

Avid please develop an app to open and edit ptx files on a phone/android device. I paid for pro tools, but often when on the road, I don't easily have access toy computer and work cloud based off of my phone. Currently do a lot of basic edits in band lab and then export files back and forth using drive...it would make life so much easier if I had something that could let me open and edit, so I can switch between devices without a lot of time spent bouncing files.

Neither my Samsung Tab A nor my Galaxy S9 show up in the 'All Surfaces' list. Have reinstalled, restarted, and refreshed both my PC and devices multiple times. They're on the same network, and are up to date. There is no support documentation anywhere for this problem - everything just assumes that your device will magically show up in this list. *Edit to reply to developer: Yes of course, that's what I'm looking at when I say the "All Surfaces" list is empty. I'd share a screenshot here if possible. I've thoroughly read both of the links you posted and many, many others. This problem is never addressed. Thank you.

I'm going to have to give it 2 stars..the pros is that it looks good, easy to use..and overall does help the workflow go faster..but tha cons is that your meters will get stuck in a position while you bank thru sections which can throw you off if your vlogging or doing any screen capture.(I'm using IPad on dock and android tablets on my other s1's...Since it's an app issue should be easy for Avid to fix..which I hope they fix fast

Finally an app that can be a great sidekick to your DAW! Using this app with Logic Pro X. It is unbelievably easy to set up, and configuration can grow/change along with your workflow. I'm gonna load this up on a new iPad, but I'm testing it out right now on a 1GB Amazon Fire 7 (2019), and it runs great!! I'm truly blown away! Huge! Avid, please continue to make this app even better! Please don't abandon it! So smart, because most will buy an S1 or Dock with the app, so Avid wins either way!

It takes painstaking effort to register the account where you need to provide enormous amount of information about yourself and fill in a long survey.... just to start the app and figure out that it's not working. Trash. Don't waste your time on this.
