It is almost impossible to get to the customer service. It has been four weeks since I have made a request to ship out my prizes. On the "My Prizes" page, it is written "Order confirmed. The prizes will be delivered in 7-14 days." However, weeks gone by without any updates or notifications. I have since repeatedly reached out to customer service through "Live Chat" and "Email" to no avail. Very disappointing. A total waste of time on this claw machine app. Impossible to collect your winnings.

This app has several MAJOR flaws. 1) Coins are very expensive. You can save up coins, but it takes weeks of logging in to save up enough coins for the good prizes. I don't mind spending money on apps, but $30 for 4k coins is outrageous, esp. when some machines cost over 1k coins/play. 2) Once you win prizes, you have to pay even more money for shipping. Again, I don't mind that. But $13 shipping on a prize I just spent 2k coins trying to win is so ridiculous. I could go on, but limited on words.

Decent. The prizes can be really good. It's a real claw machine so it functions the same. They are rigged to only function properly on timed amounts so you need to be skilled at using them and aware of how they work with allowing wins. The biggest issue is the shipping. Sometimes it can be ok but other times they cancharge you way more than is appropriate to ship. It fluctuates and there is a limit to the time you can keep prizes stored. Also there are several I just never received. Good overall

Not a scam, I have received prizes. Problem is the quality of the claw machines. Claws don't close at all ~80% of games. You can still get lucky and get a good machine, but its frustrating spending coins just trying to find a machine that works. They do not refund when you report the claws. If you want a good claw machine app, get Clawee. Claw Eden still gets 3 ☆s for the coin drop game, which is fun and you get a generous amount of free coins to play it daily. Just don't do the claws.

I sometimes have issues with the rooms not loading properly but other than that, it's really fun to play. The jewellery on it looks pretty real and the prices for coins and whatnot are a lot cheaper than other claw games like Clawee. There's also a lot more variety and things are constantly being added (unlike with Clawee). There's always new stuff to choose from!

I was skeptical at first but I have received a handful of items for myself and my kids. Everything has been way better quality than I expected! Edit: Quality of the items are still good but they don't offer shipping credits for memberships and raised all shipping prices. Continued changes like this and I will end up deleting.

I used to really like this game. Would win actual prizes. Recently saved up a lot of coins went to play one of the claw machines and the claw would not grab at all. Did the same thing several times on the other machines and it still does it. I sent a complaint but it was dismissed. If its not fixed soon I'll just delete the app

I won two prizes and paid for them to be shipped only to be told the address was incorrect (not by my own mistake). I asked if they could have them reshipped, they refused offering a measly 180 coins instead. I've asked for a refund for the purchases I made to win and ship these prizes but the customer service is awful and glitchy and I haven't heard back on that end yet. Overall I believe this has to be a scam and as soon as I find a way to resolve these issues I plan to delete this app.
