Like in the older FPse app, Xbox 360 gamepad controlls are a total mess,especially the X and Y axes which are somehow reversed and they can't be remapped. Therefore, totally unusable. Bought this version hoping the developer would've fixed this problem, but he didn't. The problem is still there and Google doesn't accept my refund request. Wasted money!

Better than FPse64. Video options are easier to change and more intuitive than in FPse64. Better HD than epsxe, with options to remove artefacts that might arise. (something ePSXe doesn't have) OpenGL HD doesn't render certain elements in game as well as it doesn't render intro/loading screens. SOFTWARE HD doesn't have this issue. I don't know if there is a global video settings cfg or that each game needs to be configured manually. UPDATE: As of lately doesn't read my .pbp/iso, crashes then.

I already bought the original FPse but then I notice you guys made this emulator. So I bought it. I don't really notice the difference with the original FPse except new UI at home. But the other version is much better than this version. Recently, I found annoying bug that never happened in the original FPse like onscreen gamepad that always move by itself after access emulator menu with 4:3 screen ratio. Sorry to say but I'm dissatisfied with this emulator.

Decent. Still far from perfect, but 3d emulation isn't easy, especially with all of the techniques psx game devs used. Definitely works better on my Note 10 than previous version, but nVidia Shield performance is still awful, no matter what settings used. Also had to buy app twice (considering bought the previous pro version). Not too jazzed about that. All in all, good job devs. Keep up the good work ❤️

Probably really good for most people, me I'm just trying to run Breath of Fire IV with all effects like in software mode. Sadly no emulator on android can do this perfectly, or can but not in HD. Honestly, this one gets so close to a hd software experience but seeing how it distorts the effects when the first dragon appears, when Nina falls in the crater, I'll have to refund this. Also seeing some artifacts with the sprites in HD but this is so minimal here, still, doesn't do what I want :(

Seems to be working great from what I've tried so far. The default touch controls are very responsive and the performance is smooth. And it actually feels smooth unlike some other emulators that felt choppy despite claiming to be running at full speed. Is there any difference between loading different bios versions? The dialog mentioned version 1001 but I loaded another one seemingly with no problems.

There's some issues with this version of FPse that I don't have in the original, such as using the phone's back button often causes the app to close/crash, especially after swapping a disc and not rebooting the console (which you often can't do for a lot of games if you want the disc swap to work). However, the developer has been extremely responsive and helpful in trying to get all these issues resolved. I'm very appreciative of this, especially since I've had no luck with the ePSXe devs when I had issues with that emulator (external controllers would keep causing the app to crash when they connected/disconnected). I've been using the original FPse emulator for years, and this version does seem like an improvement, it does fix some issues (mostly audio related) I have with some games in the original. I look forward to seeing it improve over time. I would personally highly recommend it, but maybe check out the original till this version gets over some of its teething issues.

Coming from FPSE, the user interface is still awful theres no explanation of the settings so i have to keep googling what things do. Theres still no option to have different landcape and portrait onscreen button layouts so once you set it up for one it just messes up the other, theres no grid displayed when positioning buttons, or a snapping setting so its a nightmare getting buttons to line up or even be the same size. Games look great and play really well but UI and UX is just bad
