A Google user
The app is simple to use and reflect your edit right away. Only thing bother me is that the app is laggy, moving the maps around has significant lagging and the maps tend to move more than what your finger scroll. This is very annoying, as you can't pan the map to a location exactly you want.. If you want to motivate your users, please set up a point or badge reward system. This is volunteering works but we would like to be appreciated in some ways. Thanks.

My car uses HERE. I search for a place. Find it and am driven close, but not to, the place. On this app you can see the place in the right location but if you search for the place, it shows at the wrong location. But you can't fix this. You can only create a new place. I just want to say, the search for a place is sending me to the wrong location. About 20% of all places I search are in the wrong location by about 200-500 metres. No easy way to fix this on HERE, unlike Google maps.

Unfortunately the app does not link into the offline maps of the here app. That makes it useless in situations where data roaming can't be used due to high costs of Int'l data roaming. Even after downloading full maps via wifi of my surroundings before leaving the hotel, I could not get the app to show a map when driving. Kind of useless if neither option of having an offline map don't work.

Logs me out every time I close the app. No option to add a bus stop, only bus stations. We can't help this company if they don't fix this app but if you want to contribute to free maps worldwide that anyone can use join the open source effort of Open Street Maps. Look for the Android app called "OSMAnd" on the Google play store and sign up to start editing!

1. Mobile Map creator is missing display check option in mobile mapcreator as In web mapcreator. 2. Uploading size should be increased to 15mb, now a days every cellphone photos are having close to 10mb when captured with high quality image. I am trying to upload photos but I am recieving invalid format as an error with error code 500. Not sure what it is but seems to be image size issue. 3. No option for reporting an issue, we have that function in web app but not on mobile app?

This is a great alternative to pointman. It's feature set is not as broad but as a free app and the ability to down load and use it off line I've been promoting it and here we go versus pointman and Google maps. We can work together to create maps and that bottom up structure is honestly a great means to achieve an ends. The only reason why Google are I guess "anything but evil" is because they are so slimy and unethical by laundering what'd be criminal for an individual human to do.

I have a very bad user experience with them. I have sent them a message, even to an e-mail address, and ask them to modify a road status that is open for cars for over 9 months, and even today that road appears closed on Here maps (all other apps like Waze, Organic Maps, Petal, Magic Earth etc. have changed the road status to open). If that area is not familiar for a driver and he uses Here WeGo maps, he must made a 40 km detour because the road appears closed on their maps.

The app is ok, however with so many errors in the mapping its difficult to add in adjustments with so few options. Particularly for road closures, where they haven't been constructed to start with. I also not a few of these I added as other road closures, have been removed again.
