Easy to Use App, lots of options, so far photos have matched properties so no switch-a-roos and no extra fees charged either that weren't listed. All of the properties I've visited have been clean, staff has been nice and professional. Highly recommend Marriott properties. Some properties offer digital keys and you can check in from phone if there is a line. Breakfast is a hit or miss some properties offer and some don't. Some even include it in your price and some charge you extra for it.

the app constantly crashes. Same problem as many with app saying my phone is rooted and then crashing. Over the year it has been the same issue. The app is useless most times and I wouldn't want to rely on it for electronic keys or anythg of that nature. 06/21/24 App progresses to be even worse.Samsung phone not jail broken and app fails to open. Awful app for ppl not using iPhone. Makes it inconvenient to book w Marriot. Still awful app. Can't even open app. Crashes immediately.

I'm a titanium member and very disappointed. Ever since you updated the app last week, it's been buggy. Since 11/24, the app will no longer open and crashes upon launch. I've tried updating it, uninstalling and redownload it, but nothing works. Please advice on when a patch will be available.

Horrible, crashes, I can't log in. I can't reset my password I can't do anything on it, I can't use mobile login last update completely destroyed this app. I travel for work and stay at Marriott's all the time this app has become completely unusable and utterly disappointing.

After the November 13th update, the app no longer returns any results when searching for a hotel. The map appears and there's a message that says "Something went wrong. Retry". It doesn't matter what location I search for or what dates I use. Deleting and reinstallibg the app didn't help.

Unable to use the app as there is a bug. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Phone system is up to date. Overall a poor experience compared to other competitors. Not the first time having issues with this app either.

This app gets worse and worse every day. It frequently logs you out and when you go to log back in it's nothing but error messages, or the page starts flashing back and forth between screens. Pretty disappointing overall.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I appreciated the extra perks and benefits, such as late checkout , gift and complimentary Wi-Fi. The loyalty program truly enhances the overall experience, making it even more rewarding to stay at Marriott properties. Overall, my stay with Marriott Bonvoy exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Marriott Bonvoy to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable hotel experience. I can’t wait for my next stay!
