The live radio will only play for about 10 minutes at a time before it stops. You have to manually restart it, but you'll have to listen to another ad first. Unfortunate, since the sharks have chosen to not broadcast some games on standard cable and aren't on the radio anymore this season, so the app is the only option. Which makes it worse when it doesn't work without constant intervention.

First time using this app since they axed KFOX/Tune In app. Has cut out 3 times before the 1st period is even half way done. To the point I have to close and restart app again just to get feed to play again. Oh, and another downside? No Chromecast option. I could play to my whole home group of speakers with Tune In app. Now nothing. Just my Bluetooth speaker. Fix these two issues and I'll give it more than one star, but doubt anything positive will change. Par for the course.

Terrible app for Android phones. App only works once installed and set up until you close it while audio is broadcast. That's where things go wrong. Broadcast will continue while the app is closed, you have to pause app to stop audio or uninstall and reinstall to start over. If you hide the app, returning to the app left me with a black screen. Uninstall and reinstall does the trick but doing so 4 times during one Sharks game is very frustrating. Update 2023 app cuts out every 15 minutes

I hate this version of the app, and have uninstalled it. The new UI is mostly for news stuff, but doesn't flow well IMHO, and lacks any Standings, or even the Team Record. I love my Sharks since before Day 1 (SJ Mercury Newspaper votes and such), but I want to compare how we are doing in the league. And notifications are getting annoying. I just reminders for game start, that's it, as I can watch the recording later after work, but the setting for just this doesn't work, as I still get score updates, and misc news stuff. The older version was easy and direct to use for info and news, now it's only news, and I find myself using the NHL app more now... and it's only been a couple of weeks into the season?!

Love Sharks audio network. In a world where following sports costs an arm and a leg, it's nice to have a place where I can stream live games for free. However, the audio player requires two ads to play before the stream starts. That's okay because they need to make money. But if I move from wifi to cell service, the audio is interrupted and turns off, and won't play until I leave the audio screen and come back to it, at which point it plays two ads before returning to the action.

The app cuts out frequently whether I'm on Wi-Fi or 5G. And most infuriatingly it will not run in the background. So I spend more time listening to ads every time I have to reboot the app then I do actually listening to the games. As an out-of-market fan, this is the only option I have for games and it's sub-par at best. Even with the most updated version, it's still cutting out every 2-3 minutes. Fix it.

(Latest Update) Sharks + Barracuda info, schedules, and tickets. App seems to be working good now. The older version prior to 1/10/2018 will no longer totally work any more.... they changed too much. But the new version is worth it with both teams combined in the same app. Especially since the Sharks are constantly swapping players when injuries or lineup changes occur. Note: if you connect at the SAP Center, it's kinda slow when switching from Phone network to SAP's Wifi. It will switch abo

I'm tired of how terrible the live game audio experience is. How has this app existed for this long without ever supporting a quality audio streaming service that utilizes the native media player? The WebView driven audio is SO terrible. It's become absolt unusable when playing over Android Auto. On top of all that, asking users to force close the app when they want to stop is frankly embarrassing.
