Update: Latest update crashes the app and the app shows blank then crashes. Restarting phone didnt help. This app is getting worse and worse with each updates. Each updates always clear all previous logins, and have to relogin again. Logging in always fail at least once. The UI often just shows loading and loading. The UI/UX navigation is very much based on guessing of where it goes, very unfriendly and confusing. Unfortunately I can't give zero or lesser star for what this app is really worth.

Yep, this app sucks. This app has absolutely no reason to have minigames, nor did it have reason to have reels and floating pop up nonsense, but it has nonetheless and did a terrible ones at that. I'm so sick and tired of this app man. Crashed 4 out of 5 times on load, the latter one crashed on packages load or from a simple menu click. No one's gonna be impressed with y'all pretty animations bruh. We're here to buy packages not for watching slideshow smh.

Functionality is great. However, the app itself is heavy and sometimes takes too long to load, too many gimmicks. Also, there should be more settings for in-app notifications, such as promotional, etc., because I would like to have an option to disable them. I don't like having notifications pop up every time for something I'm rarely interested in.

I requested an internet speed upgrade through the subscription feature, but it wasn't processed until two months later. Whenever I followed up, customer support kept telling me to be patient and created three tickets, but the issue still wasn't resolved. I then decided to cancel the request, but that hasn't been processed either, and it's been almost a week. This has been a very frustrating customer experience.

This сrар keeps playing its disgusting sound each time I update and now it started to freeze after each update leaving no chance to do any action in the app, so I have to delete it and reinstall again. The shittiest app in Indonesia. UPD: After the latest update it just doesn't work even after I reinstalled. It just doesn't let you login or do anything else

The app is very slow and it keeps logging me out even though I've logged in months ago and not only that it showed the wrong information for my data package when I opened the app and check my package I thought that I still have 8 gb of data but it turns out I don't and it took my balance instead so now I can't buy the package I wanted to overall the app is very slow and it's very bad they should optimize the app for low end phones

I honestly rarely review anything but telkomsel app is getting worse everytime. The interface is so annoying. I never thought that buying package would be so confusing these days🙄 Update: even more confusing now. I don't know why they are adding many unnecessary features and somehow not focusing on what is necessary. I need to get a receipt for my roaming package and i couldnt find the history of my transcation anywhere in the app.

I don't like the way it now restricts how we can login. I can't even get the link to work properly. I can't login into the app no matter how many times I tried. Bring back OTP and alternative options to access the app. It said that the link could only be opened with the app, but it refused to open with the app. Just bring back the OTP and alternative logins.
