Placed an order, chose a pickup time, received order confirmation via text with a pick up time. Showed up to the diner and they had no record of my order. Apparently a few minutes prior MunchEm cancelled my order via email, not text. Wouldn't it make sense to send the cancellation on the same medium you used to send the confirmation? I placed the order because of a 20% off coupon and now it looks like I'll be paying full price. One and done. Thanks for wasting my time.

I have ordered several times through the app for last 1 to 2 years, initially it is really good they used to deliver from anywhere in Vijayawada to gandhinagar. Now things changed, i can understand that their business is growing so they have new policies(if my understanding is correct) in delivering food, so they stopped delivering food from anywhere to gandhinagar that is also acceptable. They are not even delivering food when i ordered food from nearby restaurants which is 1 km to 1.5 km away even though i am meeting the minimal order requirement. Those restaurant and listed in the app and website but still they are cancelling orders saying some stupid reasons. So i stopped using this app now as my last few orders are cancelled with some reason. If they improve it i can re-think of using it otherwise. Surely you guys are going to lose business

The food is delivered always hot and at time. And the delivery boys take very nice care of hygiene. It is very nice app and mostly all my local restaurants are available. Even when I order food from restaurants that are far from my house the food is delivered very fast and in estimated time. Thanks a lot.

I placed an order. I received a text confirmation with a follow number and Eta. I never received my food. I called the number and emailed them without any response. I reached out to my bank. I was told they actually ran my card the next day even though I received nothing. My bank is how O got my money back.

Munchem is terrible. Coupon codes don't work. Phone verification doesn't work. They only send you an alphanumeric code when it is numeric only.
