This app is horrible to work with! I have just purchased the 10.1 oak frame. Wasn't able to load photos from the laptop, app is not available for Windows and USB c cable wouldn't work. On the phone, you can only do ten at a time, which isn't an issue. What is, is the fact it doesn't tick to say which ones are loaded. When you try to select the next ones you have to remember where you left off but as you scroll down it moves up so you can't select and keep going. I don't recommend this product.

My sister got this as a gift for my grandma so we can add photos easily from all over the country. App is easy to use, but is so limited on functions. When I upload a photo, I can't adjust the size or the part of the photo I want to show, and it's even worse to choose the circle of the "most important part". I have a few photos I didn't upload because the photo won't show the full family or the circle will not encompass what I want.

Purchased as a gift. It's not good. Adding pictures is a huge pain. You can only send 10 at a time without adding a premium membership for each device adding. It's $17ish/year, which isn't a lot, but I could go broke on things that are cheap because there's millions of them. You have to click an "add" button 4 times after selection to add, and you can't go look at what you've already added. Most pictures do not fit well. DO NOT recommend. Trash app and I regret the purchase.-thanks I'll send one

It a nice app but I expect to send (share) more than one pictures at a time from a third-party app (eg google photos, local gallery, etc.). Ok, I can locally save the pictures first and then send all using the Frameo app, but it's a waste of energy.... Please develop this new feature, I'm sure the devs are able to do it... :) 5 encouraging stars.

Great idea, poorly executed and to charge a monthly fee to get 'extra' features which should be standard is unconscionable. I have no problems paying for apps that provide access to data which costs money to acquire but to pay upfront for the 'Frame' then charge for an app that is needed to do more than very basic features is wrong. At least 2 or 3 years should be included 'with the purchase' for 1 to 3 users. + the frame is advertised as 16:9 (ie UHD TV size and shape) when it is really 16:10

When will we be able to delete pictures, at least in the Frameo+ app? Seems like a basic feature missing ... Regarding the Frameo answer at the bottom of this review: I mean deleting photos on a Frame from the app. Yes, I can delete photos when I am at the frame itself. But I cannot do that via the app remotely. When will this be available, at least with the Frameo+ app? Skylight Frame offers that feature.

Company getting greedy and hiding stuff behind a subscription service, won't Reccomend to friends anymore. Think I'm responsible for 10 of their sales so kinda embarrassed now. I'd understand if it were just cloud based services hidden by subscription but limiting 10 photos per upload is ridiculous. When I first got the frame it didn't have a 10 photo limit so setup was easy. I'd be pretty annoyed if I spent a couple of hundred then had to pay to avoid a laggy setup

Why is the software made so that every photo is cut off and only certain portions of it can be viewed in the frame? The Skylight frame is much better in that way, no need to pick which part of the photo the viewer can see in the frame. Only gets an extra star because the captions are free to add (paid feature on comparable frames like Skylight).
