I was prompted for a '3 months for 1 month' offer, went through the flow and subscribed. On my second month, I found it charging me normally as if the promotion was not applied. I contacted customer service and they told me they can't help, and that I somehow made a mistake and subscribed to the regular monthly plan instead of offer!! I subscribed through the offer page!! Lesson learned, the customer service is a waste of time, and will never trust this service again.

You can subscribe easily, but you have to dig deep into the options to find out how you can end your subscription. It plays a 3 minute ad before you start watching something, and we're talking about a 3 minute ad to a supposedly "premium" service. I mean people don't get excited to watch more of your stupid stuff when you forcibly add an ad to the beginning of videos, they get annoyed. TV shows and movies are heavily censored! You should stay away unless you're interested in their exclusives.

Flawed app and nightmare customer support! The app is trying to be like Netflix, but it is not even close. They constantly spam you with notifications and emails. They even rip off your money... I signed up for the trial, didn't like it, cancelled it after 10 days. Two months later I'm still getting charged due to a glitch in the app. I contacted support with proof, took them DAYS to respond with a rude reply and no refund! Uninstalled.

The latest version blocked working on my device The was working very well and then after upadting it to the latest version, it's suddenly stopped working and gave me a message that my device doesn't meet the requiremens!!! After using it on the same device for more than 3 year with no issues….And when I contacted the customer care, the simple response is that my device isn't compatable. And the care service doesn’t help….😡😡😡

Their whole service is based on the idea of selling you the subscription with giving you any way out. Good selling strategy, citing all their advantages but once you are in, you can't go out, I have tried every possible way to end my subscription, spent 3 times the monthly subscription fee trying to call a customer service on a foreign country and hanging on the phone until my phone balance ended, with no answer. The only thing to do for me now is to block my credit card and ask for a new one.

very bad management I subscribed and wasted my money because the app is not working properly especially in some countries. They refused to refund after too many communications and requests and calls as the company policies do not allow refund. It's wasn't mentioned when I had subscribed that it's not working in some countries where it's not my fault. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

App improvements needed. 1.) Include the year of release for their films/shows. 2.) Clicking on an actors name and having everything they're featured in pop up under their name. 3.) If the app is offered in a specific country for viewing, that country's language should also be available. As it currently stands, there are A LOT of films/shows that do not offer English translation for US viewers. So, although you're paying a subscription, there are things not translated. 4.) A ratings button.
