Useless. No place to open an account! Only allows login with an existing account. Nowhere on the app can I find any place to open an account. If it's there, it's buried. Maybe the site designers should consider putting in an easy to find "new account." Might improve business. Maybe on the login page like every other app? I finally found it on the website. Afterwards I found only 1 train from Krakow to Vienna. Went on the Trainline app and found a bunch of trains.

this app is a rip-off. they rebooked one of my tickets to a cheaper ticket and wouldn't refund me the difference. they also add a bunch of fees on top of the actual price of the ticket when you can just book directly with the carrier at cost, which I found out after. I regret using this app and I wouldn't recommend using it whatsoever.

!!! SCAM APP - AVOID AT ALL COST !!! This is not a transportation company. It's a fraur reseller. Reviews here are fake. They pretend to sell you overpriced ticked for double or triple of the real price. Additionally, when you buy a ticket via this app, you don't really get one! It takes them one or more business days until they buy it at the official carrier and then they resell it to you. If you really need to go somewhere the same day, always buy the ticket at the official carrier!

This company does not give you access to your tickets immediately like you get with other companies. I was lucky that I received mine in a few hours, but it was stressful not knowing what was happening or if I'd receive the tickets in time. I tried to delete my account, but they don't have that as an option in the app even though Google requires it. I won't use them again, especially when they cost more than booking direct.

They changed the times of my ticket 3 times. It was very annoying. I don't understand why I don't get the train that I booked. If the train is full don't tell me I can get tickets for it. I tried to cancel afterwards and it's not possible. I don't like this app at all. I would definitely buy my train tickets somewhere else next time.

I contacted them at 5 in the morning to modify my train ticket: they sent me a new ticket. 6 hours later the new ticket was cancelled and back to the initial time as it was already sold out (despite the fact that at 5am seats were available at the time of my request). I couldn't book a flight as tickets were sold out. They contacted me again stating that I hadn't confirmed. Too bad I have proof, including my bank statement showing the additional fees for the ticket modification.

Use this app if you've got spare money. Excellent way to transfer your funds to the definitely trustworthy devloper & co. + 3rd parties. Its so good I refuse to open the application: just in case my phone installs a virus onto the app: I need to keep the app clean

Absolute Scam ! The mark up on tickets is a joke, ensure to buy your tickets from the ticket office. Tickets do not get released to you immediately and will be asked to provide all passengers detail when booking and then again once booked. however, this is not possible in the app where the tickets are meant to be released. Avoid time and stress by not using this company. Extremely poor UX on the app as well the product team must of missed the intuitive design requirements.
