Lots of exercises! I like it so far. Two things I wish were different. First and foremost, I wish the app went into a little more detail about proper form. Just one example, most people don't know you should not do squats with your knees extended past the toes. This can cause knee damage as well as divert the exercise from targeting the intended group of muscles. Two, I wish it saved the customized workouts that can be created for later!!!

stop braking the app when it's working fine. Now we are forced to hear the voice instructions, and disabling them actually disables the sound effects on the beginning and end of the exercises instead (which is the only thing i need). JUST STOP!

This is so nice. Well, except the side planking part 😅 it's so hard for a beginner like me. But all in all, I think this app is good. Having a different exercise everyday makes it not so boring. ☺️

Good and you will see results if you stuck with it. Gets the heart rate up and works up more of a sweat than other apps. Just be sure to do at least 2 cycles to see benefits.

Great App. Really enjoyed the workouts so far. It only goes up to 9 days in free app. Then you can repeat. Thinking about buying full version, anyone bought it yet and what did you think? Is it worth it?
