My Act + is an extension to My Act. My Act+ combines activity detection and food consumption. Activity detection is performed automatically once installed into 4 main activities: sleep, rest, walk and run. Details of each activity are provided in the form of Calory, hour, step, and distance. Food consumption is entered manually with provided menu. User is allowed to add their own menu. Comparison of intake and outtake energy is provided for user to monitor their own daily activity.

My Act + is a research cooperation between Nectec, Faculty of Medicine of Chulalongkorn University, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital of Thai Red Cross and Thai Health Fund
