The app doesn't work well, but isn't awful either. There's occasional glitches every few lessons and you'll need to refresh by closing the app. However, this app gets 1 star for being the first training app that makes me feel unwelcome in the workplace, as an autistic white male. Not all the lessons, only a select few. I hate that I have to take these.

Love the course which you follow along a video and answer questions. 1 star due to course freezing after completion or during course. Very frustrating and time consuming. There should also be an option to adjust size of screen. App itself is slow

Extremely slow & the training videos are constantly freezing. It won't let me watch the next video instead it replays the video I just watched multiple times. It's dishonest because it says how long each video is, but they're longer than what it says.

Only because I could not give it zero. This app constantly freezes and you have to exit and wait hours and hours for it to reset itself. It took me 12 hours to complete 7.5 hours of training. First thing support asks is it frozen? This Makes Windows ME look awesome.

I have to back out every time to log in with my phone number and when I try to look it up on my message it won't accept
