very poor structure for the app. not easy-to-use to navigate, or even find the required info. too many menus that make the user get lost while trying to find info. no help menus. not easy to distinguish between parent or child profile. I could not see the results of the exams on the parent account. only on the child's account, I could see it. (really!?!!?!) for an education platform, i do not recommend it. the sad part that it's forced on us by the school. don't have a choice

A Google user

The user interface is rather confusing, and it takes very long to know where everything is. The PC version is better as it's straightforward and everything is easily shown, so doing adding a simpler UI on the Android app would make the whole Edunation experience more useful. It takes so long to find specific documents, and as a student I think it would be very useful to include searches in assignments, files, videos and homeworks. I don't know if this is an already existing function, because I cannot seem to find it, but directly messaging subject teachers through Edunation without having to comment or use a parent's account would make using Edunation way easier. This app is awful. Like genuinely awful. I've missed so many classes because of the trashy app. It keeps disconnecting students, locks us out of classes, and absolutely no notifications. Lots of annoyingly loud notifications in the middle of the screen. We can't zoom in or maximize the shared screen. It is clunky and kicks us out repeatedly, has frequent server errors, and is a pain. Zoom and Google classrooms work so much better.

Takes too much time to load, even with great wifi. Submission problem using supported formats but error message is still displayed. Continuously logs out while I head over to perform activities. And, where is a dark mode? Fix all of these problems then you'll get 5 stars.

Very slow. It takes ages to just open a message I received from my son's school. Horrible. Stressful. With mobile app, you can't download files or photos. It says it is saved on your device, but it is no where I could find.

This app is so bad. Literally the worst choice when it comes to online classes. The amount of times my teachers were forced to use another app temporarily is insane, in quizes, it takes so long to load each question, I once lost marks cus of that. Fix it.

Ndgatives 1.Some students have troubles when join a conference ,may be due to heavy traffic on the server ,hope you increase the sever capacity, 2.also if you add a ✋ sign near the attendees names so teachers can notice their request to speak. 3.If students can edit word assignments and save it directly to the platform would be nice so no need to attach it again from documents. This is what i have in my mind now. Positives: A lot of positive things . No place to mention it here.. +4

They need to get a bigger server to handle slot of people coming online for e-learning... If videos are put on, it causes trouble on edunation like people getting kicked out, muted, no sound, presenter loses admin controls, pdf and ppt files don't turn to the next page quickly, takes a long time to screen share, it won't let you show big pdf or ppt files, no animated sound effects ppt files ... My school admin said edunation stated they will get a bigger server, but it hasn't happened yet.
